Went to visit Hisaki Shintaku @britishpride at his house of afternoon tea, Three Tiers, in #Meguro Tokyo (3-chōme-12-11 Meguro-ku) and met head chef Leah Otake who I’ll be proud to work alongside at #isetanshinjuku next week as she’s extremely talented and skilled. Our kitchen will be an all-women brigade (save for ginger me), and that’s something to bang the drum about. I’ll post more about it on Monday.
