Went to #grilledcheesesandwich HQ @makerandmonger, but describing it this way vastly undersells it. Imagine if @neals_yard_dairy or @lafromagerieuk did grilled cheese sandwiches (ok, this is where you tell me “but they do Dan, they have for decades”). So really @makerandmonger is this extraordinary cheese shop right in the heart of @prahranmarket where cheese #churchillfellowship scholar Anthony Femia @thecheesemonger devotes his life to making and sourcing the very best cheeses. I had two #cheesetoasties, on different days: the first was with Jane Hasell McCosh @dalemainmansion @marmaladeawards was filled with cheese fondue, the second that I walked into @prahranesntl with me was the calabrese with spicy #Nduja.
