Very happy to step out of the kitchen and let my husband David @whitehouseofwhitehouse make these saffron #hotcrossbuns, all his own work, with beautiful candied orange peel given to us by Graham Dunton @graham_and_rosie using the techniques Graham honed as head pastry chef at @theconnaught (he’s now at @schoolofartisanfood in Nottinghamshire). They’re for tomorrow and Sunday but of course I had a bite, delicious indeed.
