Though I didn’t get to see the sessions with @_grainz_ co-founder Ian Lowe held last week, I did get very brief moments to talk bits and bobs with Ian and his partner Pip Archer who have @apieceofbread bakery in Tasmania, Australia, the marvellous bakery that is the focus of so many artisans around the world. And that, in itself, is a marvel of this digital age that can connect a bakery on an island (albiet a vast island) off the Australian mainland with other far-placed bakers in Japan, Norway, the USA, the UK, and more. And they watch Ian and Pip because they inspire totally and get minds thinking about what is and could be ????
