Surely the best time to go to the British Museum is at night when it’s closed? Tonight was the opening of the #NaraExhibition at the @BritishMuseum, with sacred images from early Japan #NaraPrefecture, invite thanks to a family friend Yoko Obuchi (who was the administrator of the exhibition) from @asahi_shimbun who organised and sponsored the exhibition.
Ambassador Koji gave a great speech, always a pleasure to listen to.
And I got to wander through an empty @britishmuseum at night, what could be better.
