Spinach & walnut fatayer, with delicious @kuprosdairy cheeses and onion seeds on top. Tweaked from @comptoirlibanais cookbook I wrote with @tonykitous, modified the pastry, got it just right this time, thin, tender, crisp at the edges, and just enough pomegranate molasses in the spinach (and a few other touches) to perk it up gently
