Spent this morning watching and listening to the dashing bearded ginger clarinetist @rustibeardbear in recital at St John the Evangelist in Crystal Palace (with lots of coffee and cake baked by the church ladies.). In this audio clip from today the music was composed by #PaulReade who wrote this theme music for the BBC2 series Victorian Kitchen Garden in 1987 and the spinoff with the legendary housekeeper turned TV star Ruth Mott on Victorian Kitchen 1980 where she recreated the cooking techniques she used in country house kitchens in the early-mid 20th century
