Spent the morning at @theloafbakeries in San Sebastián, the all-grown-up multi-store & wholesale bakery that grew out of our 2012 sourdough popup #theloafinabox, the “box” being the shipping containers that were parked outside the San Sebastián train station next to the fountain, under the linden trees, sacred protective trees themselves.
