Spent a morning bakery hopping in London with #panettoneartigianale maestro Kim @gankimpoh. First off a bakery that everyone except me had been to, @lbpedlar in #Bermondsey, it was utterly busy with a very chatty friendly queue of people. Everything looked ace. Grabbed a half of their great sourdough, delicious, and lots of laminated dough brilliance-to-go. The coffee too, properly perky. Thanks to Kim fo the extra photos here.
