Sourdough on a Sunday: got into Regent Street London at 7am, ready for today’s hands-on #sourdoughworkshop at @cookeryschoollondon. The streets were utterly quiet, there’s a certain joy being in London when there’s virtually no-one stirring, feels very secret and special. Give it an hour and it will be buzzing with people.
