Sourdough express. I get asked “how do you fly in to a foreign kitchen or bakery and immediately make a sourdough loaf”, and the truth is I bring it with me, as a thick liquid wrapped in plastic and store it in my hold luggage. Have never strapped it to my waist #braddavis #midnightexpressmovie style, and always ready to explain that it’s a organic bath scrub. Then I wash the plastic in water, add flour and 6-12 hours later it’s ready.
