I had to bake the bread then take Bruno out as it was getting dark and he was growling for dinner. Will show you a crumb-shot tomorrow but I’m super pleased with it. I gave it a sprinkle of smoked paprika and black sesame to finish. And yes, at the last minute I decided to bake it in at 18cm square tin to give it height.
