So much to tell you

So much to tell you about last week in Australia, my feet only feel properly on the ground this morning. Last Saturday we held our Bread 101 workshop at @prahranesntl Melbourne, and it reaffirmed not just what a fantastic cookshop Essential Ingredient is, one of the best in the world, but also what brilliant bakers there are out there, I felt very fortunate to be able to share our time baking together. Thank you to @madebyzoi who organised the weekend perfectly as always, and to Maria, Syd and all the lovely crew there. Also, a big thank you to @qlebaker for the sourdough starter I used on the day, and the beautiful @woodstockflour, the best flour makes the best bread. Fantastic baking everyone X
