Snow worries with a dough scraper! I have this great Taiwanese flat-edge plastic dough scraper that is both (a) perfect for dividing dough, and (b) AMAZING for scraping the ice 🧊 and snow ️ from your car windscreen! Was in Cumbria yesterday and this handy scraper made it quick to de-ice the windscreen. Do you have other uses for your dough scrapers, bakers?
