Smooth flight back from @yawatahama_marmalade_festival @marmaladeawards with @japanairlines_jal, slept as soon as we were in the air, then tried to get into London life rhythm with a little lunch.
The much-loved #jalcurry was even better in the air than the first bowl I had at Haneda airport. A slice of #baumkuchen (a big thing in Japan), some nice green tea rolls from @maisonkayser, and a pastrami on focaccia sandwich the flight attendant (from Galicia) made for me…so we talked about the north coast of Spain & San Sebastián, and @theloafbakeries, a happy flight. Drank mostly green tea.
The plane flew over the north of Japan so it was great to see the snow capped mountains ???? I’d heard so much about.
