Rice and toasted vermicelli, 1.5 kg dry rice soaked, rinsed then cooked in batches in chicken stock (with a little pinch #عصفر safflower stamens, oil and salt), a little butter through the rice the then spooned in the vermicelli to soften in the steam. Finally got my pilaf rhythm where I want it, used Indian #extralonggrain rice and Turkish roasted vermicelli
