Remembering 2012’s #LoafInABox summer of sourdough popup in San Sebastián, where for 3 months we and our ace @salvaindustrial_bakery oven were parked in a shipping container outside of #SanSebastán’s train station.
Watching the video last night at my talk at the fantastic @tabakalera_donostia was completely overwhelming, amazed too that a whopping 150 of you came along to listen as I raved and rambled like a sourdough evangelist about fermentation and life.
Thank you to Salva, and especially your now-retired CEO who first welcomed our pop up all those years ago, thank you to millers Gurua for the great flour I baked sourdough with last night, to @theloafbakeries team especially Txomin for translating so well, the amazing Nacho and Xabier.
