Ready-meal in my hotel room, and very early night. Found this #katsusando stand at @isetan_gourmet’s fantastic dazzling food hall basement (with the sweetest staff throughout might I add), and thought “that’s dinner tonight. Had a single-shot sake with it, on ice, and then a chestnut roulade (LOVE a good roulade) from #shiseidoparlour. Asleep soundly by 9pm, now feeling very refreshed at 5am ready for a 7am start at the popup, our last day with a very special sold-out menu.
