Pulling faces at yesterday’s sourdough class. And some familiar ones too: turns out Mark in the first pic came to @theloafbakeries popup in 2012, and then found out he was one of the top guys at Mezzo in 1996 when @johntorodecooks @chrisgalvin8 @chefmanx and me (and hundreds more) were there. Such a sweet day yesterday, and lots of bread to eat this Sunday
