One tiny Christmas pudding made, just enough to keep the tradition going. Used my simple Christmas pudding recipe from the @guardianfeast website with red wine in place of ale. A claret plum pudding, with prunes, walnuts, butter (in place of suet), breadcrumbs, egg, carrot, brown sugar, black treacle, honey and spices (a wee pinch of clove with the usual). All wrapped and packed away for eating in a month’s time…note: was a 1/3 batch size
