Made thick cut chunky #lemonmarmalade with the leftover Japanese #Ehime #Yawatahama lemon peels after making the #Iyokan marmalade for our @yawatahama_marmalade_festival @marmaladeawards tour of Japan. It seemed a shame to waste them and then when (over on Twitter) Jo was wondering why lemon marmalade has trouble setting sometimes I though “let’s make some”. Delicious with clotted cream and freshly baked scones ????
