Made a quarter-batch of @nomadbakerdavid’s baked beans from the latest @guardianfeast, with husband David @whitehouseofwhitehouse multigrain bread toasted and a very crispy fried egg (“how would you like your eggs cooked? Crispy, thank you”). Delicious. I’d soaked and cooked some dried black beans overnight so making David Atherton’s recipe took minutes. Replaced the Worcestershire sauce with @hendersonsrelish as it was closer to hand.
