Lunch on the @emirates flight, a really cool sane menu. #moghrabieh salad (think giant couscous pearls) with peas, black beans, peppers, feta and balsamic vinaigrette; mushroom soup and chives; chicken with kale and mashed pumpkin; with a glass of Australian @twohandswines #barossa shiraz. Then passionfruit tart citron (my favourite, think possibly ate it first at D&D restaurants @lepontdelatourldn in the early 90s); then some @godivauk chocolates, really fine. And a few more hours sleep before London
