Lovely afternoon at @the_pam_the_jam @bloomsburycooks publication party for Pam’s preserving book, held in the old schoolroom above the cafe at @chelsea_physic_garden with lots of the @marmaladeawards & food friends there.
Met Danish preserving star Helena @syltedronningen there, she asked if I was overly perspiring in waistcoat, boots & khakis. Well yes but, you know, was looking orange in any event.
Then walked back over the bridge to Battersea Park. It’s a mighty fine bridge, that it is.
