Last week at @salvaindustrial_bakery’s workshop

Last week at @salvaindustrial_bakery’s workshop in #SanSebastián, artisan baker Fernando Diaz de Diego from @veritaspanis gave me this huge beautiful jar of soft-set raspberry preserve he’d made at the bakery, with the most incredible colour and fragrance.

So when life gives you raspberry preserve, either have it straight from the jar on top of something like great bread, or cook it in way that allows that intense colour and flavour to shine.
