Last night I went to my first conveyer belt sushi bar, at #NemuroHanamuru on the 10th floor of #TokyoPlazaGinza, in truth Takanori @kent_antiques who went with Jane, Michael and me said that the way to do it is to order directly from the chefs.

Ate many many many plates, couldn’t tell you much about what we had (jetlag was just starting to kick in) but a feast, about £20 a head. Then went for a night walk up with Jane @marmaladeawards @dalemainmansion and Michael @watercurtaincave to the big Kabuki theatre.
