Landed at #incheonairport after a very smooth @flyasiana flight. Started with Tarak-juk #타락죽, a porridge/gruel made with glutinous japonica rice, mil, water and honey. Then had #bibimbap followed by deep-fried sweet rice cakes, and sweet bean paste with chestnuts, with #koreanricewine. Then for breakfast had mushroom rice porridge and a coffee. Watched a great film, Wonderful Nightmare #미쓰 와이프, on the surface a shallow & heavily moralistic switcheroo where a cut-throat corrupt “confirmed bachelorette” top corporate lawyer, played by #uhmjunghwa, is “killed” in a car crash and finds herself ducking death by returning to live as the soul of another woman for her last month of life, a woman who led up until this point a simple hard-working motherly life married to #songseungheon. Saved by a cracking script, performances, brilliant supporting actors and a complex storyline. Reaffirmed how thin so many Hollywood movies are. A great little film, one of the best films I’ve seen for a while. Do try and see it.
