With #Honduran heritage, Bryan was born in #TheBronx then his parents moved to #NewOrleans where he grew up (very envious, must have been amazing) and now lives in Florida (with his partner @alycia_trains) where he specialises in #LatinAmerican baking, doing it extremely well. His book – New World Sourdough – is out 16th June and it’s one of Amazon.com’s top new releases.
