I’ve known the maestro @enzo_cassini Global Director F&B @aman (Enzo’s the handsome guy in pink and white in the first pic with us black liveried chefs around him) from back when Giorgio Locatelli’s Zafferano restaurant opened in 1995, when I was the pastry chef and Enzo was the maverick front of house manager. I mean, you just knew Enzo was cut from different cloth, wisely watching and guiding the crazily successful opening and onward of that restaurant (there’s a book to be written I’m sure about it all). Then just a week ago I was listening to Enzo speak about trends and issues in restaurants and hotels and immediately thought “yes, you’re still utterly on the ball about it all”. Pleased to be able to supply you and Aman’s amazing talented chefs this week putting great artisan bread right back on the best menus you create.
