It’s Sunday 8:45 am in Yawatahama Japan, getting g set up for today’s two sold-out #Iyokan marmalade demonstrations to get people excited and inspired ahead of the opening day for entries in the 2020 @dalemainmansion @yawatahama_marmalade_festival in #Ehime #Shikoku. There are two marmalade workshops today, celebrating the ancient terraced citrus groves here in the heartland of Japan’s citrus farming community. We’ll work on doing a website that will showcase all the varieties of citrus fruit in Ehime. And come join us in May for the @yawatahama_marmalade_festival in Japan ????
