Since 1932 Aohata #アヲハタ has been making Blue Flag marmalade (and the famous #kewpiemayo), and it will be an honour to share with them their know-how and expertise. 2020年が第２回目の開催となる「ダルメイン世界マーマレードアワード＆フェスティバル日本大会」。この大会の作品応募受付開始（2月17日～）に先立って、大会の最終審査員であるダン・レパード氏が再び来日。広島、東京でマーマレード作り特別レッスンを開催します（八幡浜でのレッスンは別途ご案内します）。
レッスンでは、本国大会での最終審査員も務めるダン氏が、イギリス・日本のマーマレード作りの共通点や相違点などに触れつつ、マーマレード作りの奥深さと楽しさを教えてくれます。今回は参加費を抑え、より多くの方にご参加いただけるようになっています。日本大会での入賞を目指したい方、マーマレード作りのスキルアップを目材したい方、お気軽にご参加ください。
