Have been experimenting with herbs from Ping The Herb Guy @lost.emperor, after reading a @viceuk article about Ping by @angelahuii, then later another piece in @telegraphfood by @mark_diacono. I was very very curious, though that’s my usual head place, so when Ping invited me to pick herbs with him last week i rushed over. A rooftop full of curious heady fragrant leaves and seeds, nurtured by the inspiring Ping. Will post pictures of the cooking and baking so far
