Happy to report that my sourdough starter enjoyed the trip to Tokyo and is now refreshed and in fine form, baking its first loaf this morning that we’ll eat at tomorrow’s @cookeryschoollondon hands-on sourdough workshop just by #OxfordCircus tube. The ever reliable @whitehouseofwhitehouse Had kept a brother-starter going here in London, just in case holiday-starter got travel sickness. Both are doing brilliantly!
