Had a sausage lunch today at @hermanzegerman (on @alboreto’s recommendation, thank you) with the suave and dashing @guy.lodge, streaming/dvd film critic at The Observer and UK film for @variety (and erstwhile @grensonshoes model), got a chance to ask lots of fanboy gossip questions about Hollywood stars, and answer lots of baking questions (so a fair swap indeed). Then we went to @maison_bertaux, still beautiful, ate a #montblancdessert and drank coffee, saw @ficottercraig’s book proudly on display. And then the sun came out for a blink. Walked back through Soho and passed the site of @ginaportman & #dominicberning’s Monolith Gallery where my photography moment-in-the-sun began back in 1985, now all covered in scaffolding and soon to be something else. And onward we all go!
