Had a great afternoon at the great @cookeryschoollondon with one of the world’s most inspiring home bakers, the #panettoneartigianale maestro from #KualaLumpur #Malaysia, Kim @gankimpoh. Kim’s Instagram pictures, along with those of another great panettone pal @gerrie.lanai, have been astounding so many of us with their exceptional talent. Kim’s baking, and photography, has kept me guessing on the techniques he uses so it was a great moment for me to be able to learn and be inspired by his skill.
