Had a fantastic day yesterday with @yawatahama_marmalade_festival stirring up excitement about the upcoming festival in May 2020. I was there holding two marmalade-making workshops at surely one of the most beautiful and well-equipped places to learn fruit preserve making: #aohatajamdeck, overlooking the quiet calm bay of #Takehara with the hills of #Ehime in the distance.
