I’ve known of Amedei’s chocolates since @locandalocatelli days when chef @damianallsop introduced them into the dessert menu. Claire had made some extraordinary desserts and chocolates with them to taste. We talked about my favourite Italian miller @mulinomarino and their star @fulviomarino (you can get their flour from @bakerybitsltd in the UK). And for breakfast sustenance I had almond milk porridge with warm medjool dates. Amazing chocolate!
