Got into work today and @amanpuri head pastry chef Yupin had made some food at home for me lunch: nam ya pu, a spicy coconut and crab dish, and kanom jean, a spicy black dish, beautiful and awakening. Pastry star Michael @michaelgram.85 @aman_venice was there helping me and was breathless with the intensity of the chilli. Fresh coconut water to go with it.
