Fantastic week at @isetan_gourmet, very proud to able to stir up a crowd using the best Japanese and British produce on my menu, keeping it fresh and fun, making and selling-out almost 2000 flavoured scones a day (alongside many other goodies) with cheeky square cherry scones, @neals_yard_dairy cheese and all-butter round scones, honey and wholemeal walnut chocolate scones, plus mini trifles, shortbread, mince pies with dark rum mincemeat and all-butter shortcrust, pavlova’y mini meringues, #taylorsofharrogate Christmas tea as well as @eteaket tea. Have NEVER used so much baking powder in my life!
