Fantastic Peruvian lunch at @ekeko_es #SanSebastián with @theloafbakeries head baker Txomin Jauregi @txomindd , co-owner Xabier @condedelamaza, & @nachobueno, with a vegetable’centric menu by chef @mainerlozano, though with many meaty dishes.
Started with a lime #piscosour (see the video) cocktail, then a deep crimson berry juice, chicken croquetas with a black olive sauce, mini quinoa burgers, grilled #oxheart on skewers, slow-cooked spiced pork, lots of fresh salads too. Fresh and bright are the keywords here, and the staff are lovely
