Dinner tonight was at the sushi restaurant attached to the hotel where I’m staying, Hotel Patio Dogo, named possibly because it is just across from the entrance to @dogoonsen. Hoping the glass of sweet potato shochu will help me sleep. Now those pieces of fried chicken are known in Ehime as #Senzanki, almost no coating in them, delicious.
