Dinner tonight, an #aberdeenangus #tomahawksteak with rocket, parmesan, and fresh #whitetruffle. Then drinks with the Aman chefs, the maestro chef @m.hirakii from @aman_tokyo had just flown in, and head chef Daniel @dnlhorn from @amansara_angkor. Lots to bake tomorrow.
