⁣From choosing the flours, ingredients and techniques to polishing your techniques to whip, sift, fold and flavour your best-ever cake baking. 10am – 3pm, $275 AUS, you’ll leave happy in the knowledge that your cake baking will be better for it. Have been working on new recipes over the last few months especially for this class so it will be one to look forward to. Hands-on, places limited of course, so book as soon as you can. ⁣To tempt you here is a classic light-as-air chocolate sponge cake with brandy french buttercream inside and dark chocolate frosting outside. Utterly delicious, I’m eating the slice right now from the photo as I type this.
