Each loaf is fermented in different ways, using @anstey_ales barm and ales and methods gathered from Elizabeth David and @danlepard – all to recreate in part the Medieval breads eaten by rich and poor. Come along to @gelatovillage at 3pm to hear about and taste the bread, and of course the sweet raisin fermented buns cooling just now. @anstey_ales will be there to give us brewing insight.
