Back when @st.john.restaurant opened in 1994 I was a very skinny upstart pastry chef, wired after cooking in NYC kitchens the year before.
With hindsight, what an extraordinary privilege to be invited to cook and be a part of it, and what a marvel Fergus, Margot, Trevor, John and all the talent that has worked at #stjohnrestaurant have been in inspiring cooking and restaurants around the world.
