Arrived back from Japan to see Yotam @ottolenghi’s very cookable and immensely inviting new book #ottolenghisimple waiting, flicking through you think “yes I’ll make that, love how that’s paired”. So often, whether you’re out at a restaurant or at home, when the hunger hits at mealtime, you want your lunch or dinner in a cohesive plateful rather than disparate styling ideas that might Instagram well but leave you unfulfilled. That’s Yotam’s strength here in this book, lots of comforting feast-worthy recipes to calm your frazzled head. So much to love here, great photography, of course smart design, and a clear navigable structure to help in the kitchen.
