A big ???? to the brilliant baking Alex Bettler @today_bread’s team for inviting @channel4’s @katequilton & me in to show how great bread can be for last Thursday’s #foodunwrapped bread episode.

Bought in a loaf of my own sourdough, that’s the long loaf with the side-slashes and single deep cut. It looked great in the sunlight but it had to really as the loaves at @today_bread looked spectacular.

They had great crusty open-crumbed baguette, big boules of sourdough, and from that crazily good sandwiches with cakes, cookies and all those sweet delectables.
