In August’s Australian Gourmet Traveller baking issue, very honoured to part of their essential books-loved-by-bakers lineup (thanks to Alastair Wise at Sweet Envy) with my book The Handmade Loaf, first published in 2004, just reissued and revised by Octopus Books’s Mitchell Beazley imprint, and at Hachette Australia. The new edition of the book will be out April 13th, will post an Amazon link when I have it.
