for these excellent (if I do say so myself) stout and oatmeal rolls. Stout, for those of you outside the UK, is a very dark malty beer and one of the best known brands is Guinness. But there are many different types and for this recipe I used this one from the Titanic Brewery
They rise very quickly, have a great malty taste and colour quickly in the oven. Perfect for a cheese and pickle sandwich!
Also, there is a step-by-step video of a somewhat refashioned carrot cake with pistachios, tahini, pomegranate syrup and orange zest. Very, very good, IMHO.
