above and directly below: Sheila Hayman writes, "Technically, this is not one small cake but a bouquet of small cakes, as my daughter wanted to take her cake to school, and the school had a regulation forbidding staff to engage in cutting actions. So this was the solution. They were organic chocolate and orange fairy cakes but the colouring, sadly, was not organic (there's a gap in the market). They weren't quite a lurid as this makes them look." Below is Sheila's wedding cake. I think they both look rather wonderful, what a kind and extraordinary talent you have!
